Fzolink OL-YD Series YD40 is an IP55 waterproof male&female power cable connector, engineered for high-current power transmission with exceptional performance in harsh working environments. It features gold-plated copper contacts for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance, paired with a sturdy nickel-plated zinc alloy housing, supporting a wide rated current range of 7A-150A and 500V rated voltage (1500VAC withstanding voltage) for stable and reliable power transfer. The connector offers flexible configurations with 2-61 pin options, flat/round shapes, straight/right angle designs, and cable/flexible metal conduit connection types, adopting threaded coupling for secure, anti-loosening connections. It operates stably in a temperature range of -45℃~85℃, withstands strong shock (40-80 times/min, 400m/s² acceleration), and endures over 500 mating cycles for long service life.
